‚ÄčSometimes in life you just have to roll the dice. After nearly 20 years in the television news industry, that's exactly what Laura Case did.  

She decided to hang up her award-winning, Executive Producing hat and pick up an apron.  Case attended the French Pastry School in Chicago and trained under some of the best Chef's in the world.  Case earned her L'Art de Patisserie certificate and discovered her love for creative gourmet truffles.

With unending support and help from friends and family, "Beijo de Chocolat" was born. It's Portugese and French and means "kiss of chocolate."  Beijo is known for its unique twist on the traditional, Brazilian Brigadeiro.  It's a luscious, creamy chocolate that Case encases in Belgian dark or milk chocolate.

Over the years, Case's unique, handmade truffles have gained International recognition.  Beijo de Chocolat has been named one of the best chocolate shops in the country every year since 2010.  In 2016, Case was named one of 12 Grand Master Chocolatiers in the United States.
